# Giới thiệu Zalo Notification Service API

Zalo Official Account (OA) là loại tài khoản dành cho doanh nghiệp, tổ chức và thương hiệu trên Zalo. Doanh nghiệp sử dụng OA để tương tác với người dùng Zalo thông qua hệ thống Official Account API (OA API) của Zalo.

Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) API cho phép doanh nghiệp quản lý các mẫu thông báo của OA và tương tác với khách hàng thông qua số điện thoại liên kết với tài khoản Zalo sử dụng các mẫu thông báo đã đăng kí với Zalo.

GobysZNS cung cấp API giúp doanh nghiệp có thể gửi tin nhắn ZNS trực tiếp từ OA của doanh nghiệp. Mô hình hoạt động như sau:
